CASTROL Honda LCR rider Johann Zarco finished 12th on Sunday race at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncellil.

Frenchman Zarco and the crew faced a challenging race due to unpredictable weather conditions. The forecast had predicted rain at the start of the race, followed by clear skies. Johann’s strategic decision to stay on track, his control over the situation, and his error-free performance, without making any mistakes, led him to cross the finish line in 12th place.

“I’m pleased with our strategic decision to stay on the track after the initial rain, which thankfully didn’t escalate into a full wet race. We held onto the 12th position, securing valuable points. It was a calculated risk that paid off. The race was a challenge due to the weather conditions, and we didn’t have the speed to push and fight. Tomorrow’s test will be crucial as we aim to make significant progress.”
